How to send in a sample:

  1. Using scissors, cut 1 tablespoon of hair from the mane and the closest 2 inches from the scalp.
     
  2. Put the sample in an envelope or plastic bag. Sampling scissors should be high quality stainless steel to avoid possible contamination from rusty scissors. Hair should not be sampled from off the body, as it may not reflect representation of mineral balance.

    Please make sure you fill out each section of the form that pertains to your horse completely to ensure accurate results.
